How We Heal: BodyMind Conditioning

What is BodyMind Conditioning? It is a functional physical practice. We believe that true vitality requires building resilient physical strength while actively un-learning the body tension we use to survive under capitalism.

Our classes are a trauma-informed workout and transition space designed to rebuild your BodyMind for the hours you aren't on the clock

Pricing and Community Economy


We operate on a mutual aid model where everyone's contribution - whether overcoming barriers to attend class or contributing money - is recognized as essential. Here are the three points of entry:

Arriver: $0-5

The energy I spend surviving life in order to show up in class is my contribution.

Sustainer: $10-15

I can contribute investing in my own health, while paying to keep the lights on.

Resourcer: $20-25 (Closest to industry standard pricing)

I know that when one of us rises, we all rise, and I can contribute financially to help us all come together.

Hi lovelies! My name is Freedom. TRANS4mation Yoga is my love letter to my Queer and Disabled community. Healing movement has has made my life better, by improving my body function.

My yoga school focusses on adding movement into our daily lives so our bodies and minds can thrive.
