We focus on the process of moving our bodies with healthy biomechanics. We discover and respect our own ranges of movement in which we have no pain or strain.

80% Effort

Giving a max of 80% effort allows us to learn healthy posture and proper biomechanics (how we move our body without thinking). Proper alignment helps keep our body functioning as we age.

Chair Support

Whether you can touch your toes or get your hands to the back of the seat, chairs allow us to decide the level of depth to do movements.
