Active Queer Yoga

1 hr 15 min, yoga mat and decent flexibility recommended.

Focus is on holding physically challenging Asana for a longer amount of time. Options are given so students can choose degree of intensity at different points in the class. This class is great for students who want to feel the burn the next day =)

Active queer yoga will be easier for weaker students who are are more flexible, than stronger students who are tight.
