TRANS4mation Yoga is designed for every day folx who want a better embodied quality of life.
Our approach to movement is unique. We use chairs as a support for all standing poses. Our use of chairs empowers a wide range of bodies to decide how deeply to do Asana and to stay balanced.
We do not spend time on our bellies or in knee/ wrist weight bearing poses (push ups, downward dog, locust etc).
Our ideal students are QUEER, fat, aging, inflexible, neurodivergent, cane using, runners, neurodivergent, weight lifters, tense, stressed and or looking for some body relief.
*Classes are not easy/ passive. You will grow muscle and challenge yourself.
