  • Functional Fluidity: We stretch and strengthen your body so real-life mechanics—like reaching a top shelf or safely lifting groceries—become effortless.

What to Expect: A trauma-informed, zero-sweat movement class designed perfectly for your lunch break. We flow through seated and standing strengthening postures (like Utkatasana/squats) and stretches (like Uttanasana/forward folds).

Accessibility: All TRANS4mation Movement classes are appropriate for a wide range of bodies, capacities, and limitations. We utilize a support chair and teach a wide range of options within a single movement, allowing you to safely practice exactly where you are.
